Community Service

Besides the services rendered at the Centre, we provide Meals-on-Foot to the frail elderly people in Munsieville by means of our Caregivers who deliver the meals door-to-door.

Community Involvement

For the Centre to maintain its livelihood, the support of the community is crucial.

Membership needs to be increased on an ongoing basis. Many elderly people are unaware of the existence of the Centre hence they are deprived of the great privileges involved. Public Relations and advertising are key to the Centre and it’s survival.

Word of mouth and newspaper articles form part of the channels used to reach the community.

The services of volunteers play an important roll as the Centre requires skilled persons to present various informational sessions eg. counselling, hobbies, advise the elderly on legal matters etc.

Community involvement is welcomed and the Centre may be contacted at the below mentioned contact number.Although the services and facilities are available to subscribed members only, visitors are always welcomed.
